Music Ministry 

The purpose of the Music ministry at PRBC is to lift high the cross and exalt our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through the gift of music He has given us.  It is our desire to sing and play theologically sound songs that are in line with Pastor Brian's sermon, that teach us truths about God, and that also allow us to express our gratitude to Him in musical praise.  We desire to be Christ focused in our praise, not self focused. This musical outpouring of praise may be expressed through a hymn, a contemporary praise and worship song, a choir anthem, a spoken word, or an instrumental praise.  

There are ample opportunities to serve King Jesus in the music ministry at PRBC.  We offer a children's choir, a youth praise band, an adult choir, and a Sunday morning praise team.

• Adult choir - rehearses Sunday evenings from 5-6:30 on Sunday evenings in the sanctuary. We also have a quick "run through" of our Sunday morning song on Wednesday evenings after prayer meeting at 7:30.
• Children's choir - rehearses Wednesday evenings as part of their evening discipleship class which meets in the children's church area from 6:30-7:30.
• Youth praise band - practices from 4:30-5 on Sunday evenings and leads musical worship for the youth Sunday evening worship time.
• Praise band - practices Sunday morning and leads the musical worship for the Sunday morning corporate worship time.  If you play an instrument and would like to help accompany, we can get you the music and would love to have you be a part.
• Handbell choir - meets at 4 on Sunday afternoons. The handbell choir prepares music for special events throughout the year.
